When a company is paying for the repairs themselves instead of claiming through insurance, we know cost and speed is imperative. We customise the service according to your requirements. Replacing expensive parts is not always essential or practical, due to the vast years of experience our technicians have, we can often seamlessly repair damaged panels if this is your preference. We will always advise you if this is an option and ultimately the decision is yours.
We have a team of claims coordinators that can deal with all insurance claims (fault and non-fault) from start to finish. We aim to get repairs authorised within 48 hours, and then book your vehicle in at a convenient time, agreeing a mutual deadline for the duration of repairs.

Our state of the art commercial spray booth enables us to accommodate commercial vehicle repairs to all light commercial vehicles. We can repaint in your corporate colours and are also able to arrange sign writing of company logos at a competitive rate.
Your rights
Insurance companies prefer to arrange accident repairs themselves and in some cases may try to bully you into using one of their own repairers for one reason only: to save them money . This can result in poor quality workmanship and unsatisfactory customer service.
Many insurance companies will tell you that if you use your own repairer you need to get two quotes and there will be delays as we are not approved repairers, this is just a tactic to discourage you by making it inconvenient for you. You only need one quote and there will be no additional delays, we will take care of the claim for you by dealing directly with your insurer providing them with a computerised Audatex estimate. Our repairs are carried out to the highest standard and only use original manufacturers parts so your manufacturers warranty will remain intact. All work carries a comprehensive guarantee.
